Now in Beta, early seed stage: Mem-ExSpan is an interactive blended supplementary e-learning program that rapidly improves cognitive skills through chunking and coding-sequencing lessons. It has been researched at 13 test sites. The lessons build stronger focus and attention spans, and improve listening and visual memory processing resulting in higher student academic achievement for college and career readiness.
Mem-ExSpan, researched/created/developed by Jan Kuyper Erland, offers students, grades 4 - 9, a way to accelerate learning and catch up with peers, through engaging, interactive sensory integration that includes strong visual and auditory (listening) sequencing training. Music, art, and scientific concepts are applied through a unique, intense rehearsal regimen to understand math and reading procedures quickly. Juried, published reports verified that robust academic growth gains maintained over time. These five 1-3 year longitudinal data reports by J. K. Erland won an educational research award by the International Alliance for Learning (2001).
